Уровень препарата
Уровень препарата в крови, моче, кале или накопленного в разных тканях организма. Терапевтический эффект начинает проявляться при минимальном уровне препарата. Слишком высокая доза может вызывать у пациента выраженные побочные (токсические) реакции. Терапевтический уровень препарата находится между этими двумя пределами. Уровень препарата в крови не должен снижаться ниже минимального. Режим ежедневного дозирования разрабатывается таким образом, чтобы постоянно поддерживать оптимальный уровень активной субстанции. Частота приема препарата варьирует в зависимости от скорости его всасывания и выведения.
